Job Description

The Project Manager supervises and directs project personnel and processes, to keep projects running smoothly and within budget without compromising quality standards, as well as meeting customer, and organizational requirements

Job duties and Responsibilities

Job duties & Responsibilities:
 Assist in the definition of project scope & objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders & ensuring technical feasibility.
 Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each milestone
 Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor/track progress and be shared with concerned audience
 Ensure resource availability and allocation
 Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
 Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
 Perform risk management to minimize project risks
 Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
 Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
 Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
 Report and escalate to management as needed
 Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
 Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
 Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency and continually develop leadership skills
 Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
 Perform other related duties as assigned

 7+ years of experience.
 Proven working experience in project management
 Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
 Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
 Problem solving and communication skills
 Organized and analytical thinking.
 Project Management courses/Diploma attendance is a must.
 Agile project management skills – is preferred.
 IT/Computer science/Engineering background.
 Occupied similar position at IT/Telecom companies
