<strong><u>Job Description</u></strong><p><br></p><strong>Job Objective:</strong><p><br></p>Contribute to the revenue growth by developing and managing Batelco’s product portfolio for Enterprise Customers and Consumers. Identify opportunities for developing and enhancing Batelco products. Manage end-to-end design and development of products and services.<p><br></p><strong>Responbsilties</strong><p><br></p><strong>Financial</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Develop and manage products for Enterprise customers and Consumers to meet Business plan and revenue targets</li><li> Track and report adherence to the Product Development / management budget, highlight deviations in time.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Operational</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Conduct market sizing and consumer analysis to provide inputs for developing Product and Service Strategy</li><li> Conduct market research to determine customer needs, identify new services/ products, innovation opportunities, leading technologies in the market to generate ideas for new business opportunities</li><li> Assess market competition by comparing the Batelco’s product to competitors’ products</li><li> Assess feasibility of introducing new products/ services, integrating new leading technologies into existing product concepts</li><li> Assess market adoption potential for launching new products and services</li><li> Forecast consumer requirement and analyse the need for expansions on network coverage due to new product development</li><li> Design specifications for new products and services. Create and finalise the technical requirement documents for product development</li><li> Prepare and track adherence to the product delivery plan</li><li> Lead the team of technicians for Product development. Conduct user acceptance test for launching product/ service</li><li> Evaluate performance of product/ services. Identify potential improvement opportunities in existing products</li><li> Liaise with Marketing &amp; communication team to prepare campaigns for products &amp; services</li><li> Identify and liaise with Procurement for on-boarding partners for providing Service support</li><li> Serve as a subject matter expert in own work area / sub-function / function and provide guidance to team / peers and support in the achievement of operational targets</li><li> Undertake initiatives to improve processes in assigned area of work</li><li> Guide team / peers in meeting delivery timelines and performance expectations</li><li> Ensure that team / peers adhere to company policies and legal regulations.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>People</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Take ownership for attending the trainings as per the plan</li><li> Take ownership for completing PMS process, employee engagement surveys in time</li><li> Continuously share the knowledge and understanding of the telecom industry and business trends</li><li> Motivate and build a healthy work environment within the team. Provide support in resolving work related / other concerns in an effective manner.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Skills</u></strong><p><br></p><strong>Qualification</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelors’ in Business Studies or Marketing</li><li> 4-6 years of experience in telecoms network, product development or marketing.</li><li> Experience in developing Business cases, Project Management</li></ul>
