<ul><li>A minimum of 8 years of experience of Oracle HCM Fusion applications with thorough understanding of HCM Cloud functional data flows and integrations between various Oracle HCM applications such as: Core HR, Payroll US , Absence Management, Compensation and Fast Formulas.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to quickly understand the business HR concepts, converting them into technical solutions, while considering the broader cross-module Oracle HCM impacts.</li><li>Strong understanding of Workflow and notifications</li><li>Reporting capabilities (BIP /OTBI) – Security aspects and how they are controlled</li><li>Thorough understanding of Job/Function/Data securities/Areas of Responsibility</li><li>Solid understanding of PaaS to SaaS integration framework</li><li>Good understanding of Payroll, Costing, Labor Distribution, Sub ledger accounting, General Ledger, PPM integrations</li><li>Proven record of working with Senior Business Leaders in developing technology roadmaps and strategies.</li><li>Experience in leading Business Analysis, Business Process Design and Application Development (SDLC).</li><li>Successful track record in delivering IT solutions on time and on budget.</li><li>Good working knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM architecture and administration and the ability to quickly diagnose and solve system problems.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills required.</li><li>Demonstrate successful working relationships with all levels of IT and Business Partners. </li><li>Exceptional customer service orientation and collaboration skills.</li><li>Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative, remote environment.</li><li>Good Project management skills, planning and organization skills desired.</li></ul><p></p>
