1. Coordinates preparation of planning package and procedures. 2. Reviews Engineering documentation. 3. Project specific procedures. 4. Sub-contractor scope of work. 5. Client deliverables/progress plan. 6. Job instructions & variation proposals. 7. Assist Project Manager, Section Head, Supervises & Field Engineer. 8. Client approvals. 9. Co-ordinates activities with all departments. 10. Vendor deliverables. 11. Report preparation & invoice verification. 12. Certification activities. 13. Final documentation and lessons learned. 14. Estimates changes / bids for projects. 15. Compliance in accordance with HSE Standard.
Skills Required
β’ B.Sc. Engineering.
β’ 8 yearβs experience in offshore construction
β’ Commercial awareness and cost effectiveness.
β’ Influencing ability.
β’ English.
β’ Report writing skills.
β’ Very good oral & written communication skills & committed team player/ leader.

β’ Thorough understanding of offshore operations, personnel and equipment.
