<strong>Job Details </strong><p><br></p><strong> Job Title </strong><p><br></p>Development marketing manager/senior manager<p><br></p><strong> Division </strong><p><br></p>Oxagon Marketing & Communications<p><br></p><strong> Department </strong><p><br></p><strong> Reporting To </strong><p><br></p>Head of Oxagon Marketing and Comms<p><br></p><strong> Overseeing </strong><p><br></p><strong>Job Purpose And Accountabilities</strong><p><br></p><strong> Job Summary </strong><p><br></p>The Development marketing manager is responsible for driving the development and execution of the Devco marketing strategies and annual marketing plans to achieve leasing objectives across Commercial and Residential assets for Oxagon.<p><br></p>The selected candidate will be responsible for executing agreed marketing plans including tracking to objectives/targets, program and budgets in line with overall project, department and corporate marketing strategies to support the achievement of business, sales and leasing objectives. He / she will deliver a range of marketing tactics spanning photography and videography, experience centre and displays, customer and community relations, launch events and exhibitions, public relations and communications, brochures and collateral, broker packages and sales support, website and application, digital marketing execution, 360 integrated campaign management / execution, lead nurturing campaigns, content marketing, search engine marketing, events and activations and internal communications. The role includes executing marketing plans across the complete real estate cycle from development marketing phases through to handover, move-in and destination orientation programmes.<p><br></p>He/she is responsible for stakeholder management within the project teams, (Oxagon Corporoate Marketing and DevCo stakeholders) and external partners, suppliers and stakeholders.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><strong> Accountabilities </strong><p><br></p><strong> Managerial </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Drive the development of the departmentβs strategy and goals, as well as establish and drive the execution of initiatives and plans to meet them. </li><li> Budget and organizational requirements during the annual budgeting exercise, advocating for optimal resource allocation based on priorities. </li><li> Monitor the operational performance of the department, compare them to the established objectives and goals, whilst establishing periodic reports. </li><li> Manage day-to-day activities and operations </li><li> Refine and ensure proper documentation and implementation of all policies and procedures for the concerned department. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong> Operational </strong><p><br></p><strong> Strategic </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Drive marketing strategies including objectives, metrics, communication and promotional strategies, launch programs, events, activations and budget management. </li><li> Develop marketing strategies, annual plans and programs working with the leasing and development teams. Ensure the product mix matches customer insights, drivers and requirements. </li><li> Ensuring agreed marketing plans are executed aligned to overall Oxagon and NEOM Marketing & Communications plans and guidelines. </li><li> Support in delivering visioning exercises for the various project developments and assets, taking into account the overall customer experience and vision for the project, including the product development process. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong> Financial, Administration and Reporting </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Responsible for tracking to and managing annual marketing budgets. </li><li> Manage any customer experience audits for the project such as NPS marketing deliverables and all monthly customer experience audits. </li><li> Support in delivery of accurate reports including campaign reporting, Monthly budget accruals and forecasting, Launch Plans, Presentations, Work-in-progress, and Activities Calendars. </li><li> In collaboration with Corporate Marketing team, identify, contract and manage all consultants (Research, Creative, PR, Digital, Promotions, Events) via briefing plans, jobs, campaigns, activities and events. </li><li> Manage the procurement process and assist in the management of tax invoices or related invoices and budgets. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong> People and Stakeholder Management </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Assign individual objectives for employee performance, manage performance, empower staff, and provide formal and informal feedback in order to support professional development and maximize performance. </li><li> Establish a good working relationship with the corporate marketing and communications team to achieve common objectives and synergies. </li><li> Establish a good working relationship with project/development director, leasing, sales, customer relations, asset management and development teams. </li><li> Establish good working relationships with partners and local businesses, community groups and other stakeholders. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong> Execution and Implementation </strong><ul><li> Act as the βvoice of the customerβ to ensure residential products and services respond to customer needs and requirements. Undertake research where required. </li><li> Execute any marketing briefs to support the marketing plan ensuring alignment of relevant project-team stakeholders. </li><li> Responsible for executing all branded material, ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently across all communication. </li><li> Assist in developing the required content (visuals/CGIs, films, messaging and narrative) that correctly positions and promotes the residential product in the market. </li><li> Execution all βaboveβ and βbelow the lineβ marketing promotional campaigns aligned to all guidelines and including monitoring medium effectiveness / ROI including;</li><ul><li> Media buying and placements </li><li> Lead generation and nurturing campaigns </li><li> Digital Marketing execution </li><li> Edm and Campaign management / execution </li><li> Multi-media promotions management </li><li> Content marketing development </li><li> Search engine marketing management </li><li> Social Media content and campaigns </li></ul><li> Responsible for executing media, public relations and communications plans to maximize project exposure, interviews and events and brand coverage. Review and approve all press releases and outbound media communication ensuring Oxagon Marcomms guidelines. Follow up with media and PR agency on coverage reports. </li><li> Executing digital platforms development such as website, applications. </li><li> Quality assurance and control for all project marketing and communications. </li><li> Develop lifestyle photography and film aligned to project positioning. </li><li> Execute and deliver new asset product launches and associated marketing, collateral and activities for new phases. </li><li> Responsible for executing agreed customer experience centers and residential displays / spaces including any ongoing site presentation audits. </li><li> Develop and deliver the customer engagement strategy from leasing through to handover, move-in and destination orientation. </li><li> Responsible for executing events, activations and roadshows including exhibition selection and assessment, venue selection, location, rehearsal, invitees list, invitation cards, gifts and giveaways. Oversee logistics during exhibitions, liaising with organizers, supervising stand installation, branding and setup. </li><li> Preparation and procurement of high quality marketing brochures, press placements for the project and its associated products. Verifying layout content, copy, proof-reading, feedback to all parties involved and delivery. </li><li> Work with DevCo to prepare customer-facing floorplans, floorplates and other relevant sales/leasing materials. </li><li> Execute marketing requirements/amendments including broker events and handover packs. </li><li> Executing development of newsletters including layout, content, proofreading, and selection of articles, print quality and distribution strategy. </li><li> Executing of programs, speaker opportunities and conferences for the project. </li><li> Developing, design and execute activation and events strategies to deliver engaging and relevant customer experiences to the target audience across all residential assets. </li><li> Executing of all internal communications to raise awareness and appreciation of project via internal and external communications platforms. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Job Requirements (Qualifications & Experience)</strong><p><br></p><strong> Educational Qualifications </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelors degree </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Experience</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> 12-15 years of experience in Development Marketing (Resi/ Commerical) Preferably some experience in the Middle East </li><li> Experience marketing off-plan residential sales & leasing (townhouses and apartments). </li><li> Experience creating ongoing customer engagement plans from signature to move-in. </li><li> Preferably bi-lingual English and Arabic. </li><li> Experience working in complex matrix organizations.</li></ul>
