<p><strong>A leading Organization in Dubai, is seeking to recruit an Emirati national, for the role of a Sr. Legal Executive. </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Experience in contracts is preferred.</strong></li><li><strong>Excellent salary&amp; Benefits offered.</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• To advise upon, draft &amp; review documentation including leases &amp; licenses.</p><p>• Ensure proper compliance by Group companies with applicable laws and regulations &amp; internal Group policies.</p><p>• Provide legal consultation, advice, and support to companies across the Group.</p><p>• Negotiate, draft, review and advise upon all required legal and contractual documentation</p><p>• Be familiar with relevant applicable laws</p><p>• Provide expert and strategic legal advice to Management/Business</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>• Candidates must be a UAE National with a Family Book</p><p>• Eligible applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Law</p><p>• Must have experience handling legal regulations, compliance &amp; contracts</p>
