<p><strong><u>Key Accountabilities </u></strong></p><p>Work and performed in accordance of specification and work instruction are followed</p><p>Reporting progress, maintain productions record and monitor material usage.</p><p>Liaise with project manager and owner representative to ensure that other department are synchronized and met set target.</p><p>Ensuring efficient and effective manpower loading on completion program.</p><p>Identifying and act upon opportunities for improvement to work &amp; safety related matters.</p><p>Participate in accident investigation, root cause analysis and provide assistance in preparing reports.</p><p>Implement the day-to-day operations assigned for the department / Section to ensure compliance with the established standard and procedures.</p><p>Motivate, direct, align and guide the team for the best performance, monitor performance and provide continuous appraisal and feedback.</p><p>Foreman-Sr. is expected to resolve all work related issues by finding the way to do the jobs as instructed.</p><p>Exercise discipline at the work site to prevent absenteeism, unsafe work practices and idleness.</p><p>Liaise with other discipline foremen / supervision to ensure the optimum utilization of available resources, with the overall objective of successful completion of the project.</p><p>Create progress reports on a daily basis and ensure that any significant information is communicated to the supervisor i.e. resource shortfalls, surplus, HSEQ concerns.</p><p>Provide feedback regarding performance appraisal of workers to the department manager via supervisor when required.</p><p>Assist the senior foreman and supervisors in planning activities.</p><p>Ensure that the workers are properly supplied with machineries, tools, equipment and materials and everything is in proper order and state of maintenance.</p><p>Perform inspections to ensure that the workers performance is up to the set standards.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key Accountabilities </u></strong></p><p>Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.</p><p>NACE/ Bgas certification required </p><p>Knowing of paint specification and classification of paints</p><p>Knowledge of blasting standards and abrasive classification</p>
