Sr. Cloud Technical Engineer
Job Description
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p> </p><p>The Sr. Cloud Technical Engineer is responsible for:</p><p> </p><ul><li>Implementation of New Projects from Initiation to Closure.</li><li>Work closely with other Team Members for Complex Projects and with Microsoft Team \ Support if needed to reach successful Project Implementation.</li><li>Solutions Designs \ Architecture for Running Projects.</li><li>Projects Documentation.</li><li>Support and manage our customers that have Valid SLA \ Support Contract utilizing our Ticketing System,</li><li>Identifying relevant problems and issues and assisting Ctelecoms users if needed.</li><li>Regularly prepare for Microsoft exams and certificates assigned by line manager.</li><li>Work on Internal Systems to manage Tasks and Activities.</li><li>Complying with Ctelecoms standards and the applicable international standards (e.g. ITIL)</li></ul><p>Coordinating his/her work with the technical team leader.</p><p> </p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>General Tasks</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Always complies with Ctelecoms Policy.</li><li>Performs training sessions for Ctelecoms customers.</li><li>Provides support for other Project Managers. </li><li>Incorporates market research on relevant IT technologies.</li><li>Takes part in training courses as required and in accordance with the assignment.</li><li>Performs other duties and tasks at the request of management.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications and Experience:</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>BA in Information Technology or equivalent.</li><li>Microsoft/Office 365 certification is an asset.</li><li>Microsoft Azure certification is an asset.</li><li>CCNA is an asset.</li><li>PMP is an asset.</li></ul><p> <strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Professional Experience :</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Microsoft 365</li><li>Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Microsoft Exchange</li><li>Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Microsoft Azure</li><li>Minimum 3 Years of Experience in SCCM, SCOM</li><li>Minimum 2 Years of Experience in VMware or Hyper-V</li><li>Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Veeam Backup or any similar software.</li><li>Minimum 1 Year of Experience using Microsoft Project</li><li>Minimum 1 Year of Experience in SharePoint Online</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong> Other knowledge, Additional Competences:</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Fluent in English.</li><li>Willingness to upskill as required by the tasks to be performed.</li><li>Good time management.</li><li>Good understanding of priorities and the proper finalization of tasks.</li><li>Good reporting and documentation skills.</li><li>The ability to multitask and work hard to meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Commitment and dedication.</li><li>Team player.</li><li>Good interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Being client service oriented</li></ul>
