Job Description: Sr. Civil Estimation Engineer<p><br></p><ul><li>Estimate the direct costs with detailed breakdown for the civil and architectural items of tenders.</li><li>Estimate the indirect costs for Tender projects.</li><li>Check that the project items and quantities are matching with the scope of work and drawings.</li><li>Study and evaluate all the tender documents and clauses.</li><li>Arrange and assist in the preparation of the technical proposal requirement.</li><li>Request quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.</li><li>Negotiate with suppliers & subcontractors, check compatibility and compare between quotations.</li><li>Knowledge of Engineering design, construction procedures, codes and standards is preferred.</li></ul>
