Overview of the role:
Achieving Purchase and Margin Targets/ Relationship with Principals/launching New Products and Overall Brand Management
What you will do:-
Description of Accountability:
- Handling Principal- Agency Relationship.
- Product Management for ACPD/IPD/Renewable Energy/Enterprise sales.
- Achieving set purchase budgets for the brands allocated.
- Negotiating pricing and products to cater to Market requirement.
- Product Training and coordination with sales team.
- Negotiating marketing support with the Principals.
- Reviewing product/category performance vis a vis target.
- Negotiating agreements and maintain market share of Omasco Products.
- Facilitates inventory turnover & product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels
- Responsible for preparing product forecasts ordering and constantly monitoring inventory levels
- Process product type approvals from Telecom Regulatory Authority & liaise for customs clearances.
- Forecast of annual purchase budgets, product promotions & Launches
- SAP ERP- Product Creation, Purchase Orders, Sales & pricing, Sales reporting etc
- Conduct monthly performance report of division for all categories and brands
Skills
Required Skills to be successful:-
- A Bachelor’s degree/Master’s Degree in any Discipline.
- Relevant experience in Product Management in Consumer Durables/FMCG.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Conversant with competition analysis and benchmarking.
- Excellent data and trend Analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools-Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc
- Gulf experience with valid Omani driving license preferred.
