<p><strong>Sr. Executive : Sales &amp; Business Development – Advertising</strong></p><p>(Creative/Production/Events/BTL/Digital Advertising Agency)</p><p><br></p><p>Company : MOTAD</p><p>www.motad.ae</p><p>Location : Business Bay, Dubai</p><p><br></p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><p>· Act as a catalyst for the organization by being a brilliant representative of the company.</p><p>· Manage effective communication between the client and the team.</p><p>· Assign tasks, coordinate between the creative team, review each step, offer suggestions and meet the project expectations.</p><p>· New Business Development; Developing new business relationships, generating and negotiating new income for the company across UAE and Middle East</p><p>· Identify target companies/brands and their agencies across the region and preparing sales presentations and driving sales pitches</p><p>· Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects.</p><p>· Develop and maintain potential database of the clients</p><p>· Juggle effectively between multiple client’s needs and ensure the timely delivery of the projects.</p><p>· Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients.</p><p>· Creating project quotations, preparation of invoices and agreements.</p><p>· Understand the core objective of clients’ marketing needs, come up with implementable ideas, and make recommendations accordingly.</p><p>· Ensure every team mate positively imbibes and practices the ideology of the organization, so as to maintain a good working environment.</p><p><br></p><p>SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:</p><p>Must have:</p><p>· Graduation or MBA with excellent communication skills and min 2-3 years of relevant experience.</p><p>· Great presentation skills to bring life to the work done by the creative team and present it to the client</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements</p><p>· Excellent self‐presentation skills and phone etiquettes.</p><p>· Excellent management skills, research aptitude, strong desire to excel in the creative agency.</p><p>· Well‐versed in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.</p><p>· Interest/Education in Advertising, sales and Marketing.</p><p>· Min Experience of 3 Years is a must.</p><p>· Experience in Customer Service and Brand Marketing.</p><p>· Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.</p><p>· Willingness to travel and work in a team of professionals.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Monthly Compensation: Fixed + Incentives</li><li>Visa &amp; Health Insurance will be provided</li><li>Candidates with Driving Licence will be preferred</li></ul>
