Job Description
<p>Position: Sr. BDM – Forex | Dubai, UAE</p><p><br></p><p>AUS Global, the world’s fastest-growing broker with over 20+ years of market expertise, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced FX Sales Representative to join our high-performance team in Dubai, UAE. We are a fully regulated broker offering CFD trading in various asset classes, including Forex, crypto, metals, indices, commodities, and shares. If you have a passion for the forex industry and a proven track record in sales, this is an exciting opportunity to be a part of our success.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Collaborate closely with upper managers to achieve sales targets.</li><li>Identify and meet potential introducing brokers (IBs) to establish partnerships.</li><li>Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and/or video calls.</li><li>Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the forex industry in UAE (is a must!).</li><li>Native fluency in <em>Arabic, Russian, European, or Asian languages</em>.</li><li>Previous experience in an FX sales position within a brokerage firm.</li><li>In-depth understanding of financial markets, particularly FX/CFDs products.</li><li>Ability to meet daily sales performance targets.</li><li>Self-motivated, outgoing, result-driven, and confident.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and networking skills.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.</li><li>Previous experience in FX business development or sales within the financial sector.</li><li>A client portfolio already in place is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or any related field.</li><li>Solid experience in the forex market is a must.</li><li>Understanding of financial markets, especially Forex.</li><li>Energetic and flexible, with the ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Target-driven and ambitious, with a continuous desire for personal and professional development.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>At AUS Global, we value enthusiasm, great personalities, proactivity, and a strong regard for success.
