<strong>Job Location: </strong>KSA.<p><br></p><strong>Years of experience: </strong>8 – 12 years.<p><br></p><strong>Project duration: </strong>1 year.<p><br></p> <strong>Job Description:</strong> <p><br></p>We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of production sports and production events. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of these projects, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, vendor management, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality productions.<p><br></p> <strong>Responsibilities:</strong> <p><br></p><ul><li> Project Planning:</li><li> Develop comprehensive project plans for production sports and events, including defining objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.</li><li> Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project goals and requirements.</li><li> Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities.</li><li> Budgeting and Financial Management:</li><li> Create detailed budgets for each project, considering all necessary resources such as equipment rentals, staffing costs, permits/licenses fees, travel expenses, etc.</li><li> Monitor project expenses throughout the lifecycle to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.</li><li> Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety standards.</li><li> Team Management:</li><li> Build and lead a cross-functional team of professionals involved in production sports/events (e.g., technicians, designers, coordinators).</li><li> Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and expertise.</li><li> Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li> Vendor Management:</li><li> Identify suitable vendors/suppliers for various aspects of production (e.g., audiovisual equipment rental companies).</li><li> Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure favorable terms while maintaining cost-effectiveness.</li><li> Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of required materials/services.</li><li> Risk Assessment and Mitigation:</li><li> Identify potential risks that may impact project timelines or quality.</li><li> Develop risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.</li><li> Regularly monitor project progress to identify any emerging risks or issues.</li><li> Quality Assurance:</li><li> Ensure that all productions meet or exceed established quality standards.</li><li> Conduct regular inspections during pre-production stages to identify and address any potential issues.</li><li> Oversee post-production activities, including reviewing final deliverables and obtaining feedback from stakeholders.</li><li> Communication and Reporting:</li><li> Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, milestones, and any changes to the project plan.</li><li> Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing project status, budget utilization, and key performance indicators.</li><li> Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.</li></ul><p><br></p> <strong>Requirements:</strong> <p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in event management, sports management, or a related field (preferred).</li><li> Proven experience as a Project Manager in production sports/events or a similar role.</li><li> Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li> Excellent leadership and team management abilities.</li><li> Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.</li><li> Proficient in project management software/tools.</li><li> Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li> Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or travel as required by project demands.</li></ul><p><br></p>Powered by JazzHR<p><br></p>CkzUdy3SYE
