Job Summary: Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Specification Manager to join their team in Saudi Arabia. As a Sales & Specification Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and securing project specifications for laminates products. You will work closely with architects, designers, contractors, and distributors to build strong relationships, promote our products, and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share for company products in Saudi Arabia.
β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, distributors, and key decision-makers to drive product specifications and generate sales opportunities.
β’ Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking, attending industry events, and participating in trade shows and exhibitions.
β’ Provide technical support, product knowledge, and training to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of company products and their applications.
β’ Collaborate with the distributors sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies, to drive sales growth.
β’ Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to architects, designers, contractors, and distributors to showcase the features, benefits, and design possibilities of our laminates.
β’ Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions.
β’ Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and Back Office, to support successful product launches, marketing campaigns, and customer support activities.
β’ Prepare regular reports and updates on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback for management review.
