Job Title: Specification Manager ( Female )

Location – Dubai , UAE

Job Summary:

As a Specification Manager, you will be responsible for securing project specifications for Merino in the UAE/GCC. You will work closely with architects, designers, and consultants to identify new business opportunities and provide technical support/samples to customers. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in specification sales and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and consultants to secure project specifications.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking and building relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge and provide technical support to customers.
• Ensure that all specifications/samples are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to the team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all specifications, bids, and projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in specification sales, preferably in the surface décor / building material industry or allied industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of HPL products and their applications is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required
