Job Description
Specialist, Operationalization within Entities Governance will support the implementation of processes and structures to monitor the end-to-end lifecycle of NEOM subsidiaries and joint ventures (to include the use of technology solutions); prepare dashboards for the reporting of information from subsidiaries and joint ventures to NEOM; work with subsidiary, joint ventures and NEOM stakeholders to facilitate the quarterly certification process to monitor compliance with the Directly Owned Subsidiary (‘DOS’) Handbook and Joint Venture Handbook; and support business optimization activities, ensuring that appropriate processes and templates are in place and are being executed across the Entities Governance Function.
The position requires 3+ years experience in financial or regulatory reporting, compliance, governance, business operations or company secretarial practice; experience developing dashboards using Power BI; understanding of organization effectiveness and business operations; experience collating data for reporting purposes; skilled communicator; ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment; excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
At a minimum, the successful candidate will have a university-level degree in a relevant subject e.g. Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Law, Governance etc.
