<p><strong><u>Job Objective:</u></strong></p><p>You will liaise with all Business Units to collect relevant data and prepare master planning, prepare, and execute regular meeting to define assets allocation and priority and Identify all potential issues / clashes / overlaps and propose remedial actions. A key part of your role will be Facilitate communication between parties and keep record on decision and actions. You will support Milaha Offshore &amp; Marine in the preparation of tenders, and more specifically the drafting schedule / execution plan.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><p>β€’ Implement an effective planning System to ensure that the organizational objectives are achieved and to serve as a base for the cost structure underlying the budget</p><p>β€’ Chair project charter development and implementation from inception to delivery</p><p>β€’ Develop detailed project plans and Gantt charts for all live projects encompassing all relevant project resources including vessels ,diving/survey/ROV/well intervention equipment, ship technical managers, agents, shipyards, OEMs, workshops, personnel, and consumables</p><p>β€’ Ensure alignment of all stakeholders on milestones, and timeline and document approvals along minuting of change management events</p><p>β€’ Manage and create Structured Measurement Dynamic Models with pre-defined set of parameters for effective reporting and pro-active action and address cost-benefit issues and cope with internal and external changes</p><p>β€’ Identify and highlight any delay / critical path / risks related to scheduling activities</p><p>β€’ Implement early warning signs (lead indicators) that may delay project executions and escalate the matter as per agreed project charter developed for specific project</p><p>β€’ Deliver insightful Management reporting to different stakeholders, identifying root causes of variances, assess responsibility and action to make informed, fact-based corrective decisions</p><p>β€’ Ensure Offshore Pillar achieves its objectives of with the highest availability and utilization of vessels and equipment, and analyze variances to make sure business unit functions within the prescribed guidelines and within the acceptable range of deviations, including utilization variances</p><p>β€’ Conduct periodic business reviews and engage in preparation and presentation of Quarterly Business Review of performance analysis and detailed variances’ analysis</p><p>β€’ Supervise subordinate staff, assign work activities, monitor performance and review results</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor of Science, or Engineering or IT discipline</li><li>MBA or Masters in Engineering (Preferred)</li><li>PMP or equivalent qualification</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Professional Experience:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 8 years in project management environment</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge:</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge of Oil &amp; Gas, Marine, Offshore Asset Management</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Computer Skills</u></strong></p><p>- Professional MS Project Management</p><p>- Oracle Primavera 6 or similar is a plus</p>
