Job Description
We are one of the leading Automotive Distributors and dealers in Qatar seeking a Specialist to take responsibilities to ensure that the Dealership complies to the established and the desired standards in Automotive Sales and the Aftersales Management, Facilities, Training and the Business process.
- Comprehensively be knowledgeable with the qualitative & quantitative standards and processes to disseminate, communicate, and interpret established standards to all stake holders in sales and aftersales operations.
- Evaluate operational practices, Visual Identity standards as per brand guidelines, business processes, about people at work and the training support in line with the established dealer standards and norms.
- Assist, support, and guide the concerned for appropriate actions to ensure dealership complies to the standards.
- Escalate non-compliance situations and areas to the line manager as appropriate and needed.
- Ensure Dealer Standards objectives are accomplished to the satisfaction of all stake holders.
Skills
- Certification level in Automotive Dealer Operations & Management- Preferred
- Diploma in Business administration or equivalent.
- Fluent in English communication (Read, write & speak)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Process audit experience-Preferred
- Driving license – Preferably from Qatar or Gulf countries.Β
