Job Description

We are one of the leading Automotive Distributors and dealers in Qatar seeking a Specialist to take responsibilities to ensure that the Dealership complies to the established and the desired standards in Automotive Sales and the Aftersales Management, Facilities, Training and the Business process.

  • Comprehensively be knowledgeable with the qualitative & quantitative standards and processes to disseminate, communicate, and interpret established standards to all stake holders in sales and aftersales operations.
  • Evaluate operational practices, Visual Identity standards as per brand guidelines, business processes, about people at work and the training support in line with the established dealer standards and norms.
  • Assist, support, and guide the concerned for appropriate actions to ensure dealership complies to the standards.
  • Escalate non-compliance situations and areas to the line manager as appropriate and needed.
  • Ensure Dealer Standards objectives are accomplished to the satisfaction of all stake holders.

Skills

  • Certification level in Automotive Dealer Operations & Management- Preferred
  • Diploma in Business administration or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English communication (Read, write & speak)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Process audit experience-Preferred
  • Driving license – Preferably from Qatar or Gulf countries.Β
