Spare Parts Sales Engineer (Outdoor)

  • Meeting regular sales targets.
  • Provide accurate spare parts offers by estimating all costs involved and pass equipment technical and engineering information by answering client’s questions and requests.
  • Establish new relationships while maintaining existing relationships with customers.
  • Understand the decision making unit & decision making process of each customer.
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product/parts will meet client needs
  • Negotiate offer prices, terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs and closing sales.
  • Follow up on parts deliveries and assist in collections of dues where necessary.
  • Preparation of weekly call plans, weekly visit reports and any other reports when necessary.
  • Gather information on customer machine population and update data base.
  • Solving client problems.

Required Skills/Abilities:

·        Ability to handle variety of products and customer profiles

·        Technical Sales, Convincing & Negotiation skills

·         Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English

·         Analytical and problem-solving skills

·        Customer-centric, able to build & maintain satisfied customer relationships and is profit    focused

·         Ability to achieve excellent performance in individual and team environments

·         Must have valid Kuwait Driving License.

·        Validated by Kuwait Society of Engineer is a plus point.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Spare Parts Sales (Machinery& Industrial Equipment)
