Spa Trainer

Job Description

<p>We are looking for an experienced professional spa trainer to deliver a high level of training to a luxury spa in Dubai Mall. The ideal trainer will have in-depth professional knowledge of full-body massage, facials, and product training for new and existing staff. She should plan, organize, and lead the training and provide feedback to the management and suggestions for additional requirements as per the company’s standard procedure.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Create exceptional and unique facial and body treatment SOPs.</li><li>Conduct training on various treatment techniques, both theoretical and practical.</li><li>Conduct product knowledge training and treatment protocols.</li><li>Develop an in-house skills assessment checklist to evaluate all therapists periodically.</li><li>Provide training to all spa and store staff such as customer service sales skills, product knowledge, operation flow, SOP, grooming, etc.</li><li>Perform role-playing with staff to ensure service standards are met.</li><li>Collaborating with the marketing and retail operation teams to organize and conduct</li><li>promotional and marketing activities (such as beauty workshops, seminars, and product launches) to support new product launches and events.</li><li>To furnish the company with the latest marketing developments and beauty information, e.g., competitors’ activities and marketing strategies.</li><li>Work closely with the management team to monitor and evaluate staff training needs.</li><li>Other ad-hoc tasks are required.</li><li>Set up and develop the foundation of our training programs and consistently ensure they fit in line with our high standards and service expectations.</li><li>Ability to create a long-term training calendar and follow deadlines</li><li>Creating and implementing SOPs</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Expertise:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrotherapy machine treatment.</li><li>Face and body massage therapy</li><li>Hydra &amp; Derma Facial</li><li>Skin Rejuvenation and Pigmented Lesions</li><li>Plus, she will be a DHA-licensed beauty therapist.</li><li>Should be well-versed in anatomy and physiology and certified in physiotherapy.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Job Requirements</p><p><br></p><ul><li>minimum of 3 years of beauty training experience.</li><li>ability to perform all face and body treatments and train staff on them.</li><li>experienced in conducting training for the beauty industry.</li><li>Must possess a professional certification in beauty and spa (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or similar beauty therapist certification).</li><li>Fluent in bilingual to liaise with staff (English &amp; Arabic)</li><li>To work independently – Team player with a positive attitude and pleasant disposition</li><li>Proactive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
