Is responsible for massages and activities related to massage
Is responsible for the safety of the guests in the massage room.
Cleans the massage room accordingly to the schedule provided by the supervisor.
Ensures that all activities inside the massage room meet the standards as set by Kempinski.
Helps promoting the massage to the members and the hotel guests.
Is responsible that the hotel rules and regulations are strictly adhered to as well as the local rules and customs of the country.
Maintains appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniform appearance and posture of himself/herself and all personnel involved in the massage room operation.
Monitor stock levels of oils and creams and ensures that sufficient amounts are kept available at all times.
Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve overall objectives of this position.
To understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Employees Handbook and the Hotel’s policy on Fire, Hygiene, and Health & Safety.
To ensure that all potential and real hazards are reported and rectified immediately.
To understand and strictly adhere to the Hotel’s Employee rules & regulations.
To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times.
Performs any other duties as assigned to him/her by management.
