The deeply instilled Four Seasons culture personifies by its employees – people who share a single focus and encourage to offer phenomenal service.<br><br>We seek the creative talents that are well-mannered, visionary, and passionate and having a deep understanding of the hospitality concept.<br><br>The Massage Therapist position performs body treatments according to established protocols ensuring all guests experience pure peace and relaxation.<br><br><strong>Main Duties<br></strong><ul><li>Utilize the log book and schedule chart.</li><li>Keep your work area neat, clean and quiet at all times.</li><li>Utilize each of the rooms and provide information to guests about the services offered in the Spa as well as the Hotel. </li><li>Utilize each of the retail products safety and accurately.</li><li>Provide professional massage for any client including herbal wraps, loofa treatments, aromatherapy, Thai massage, reflexology treatments and facial treatments.</li><li>Provide amenities involved in the Spa treatment in order to customise and personalise the Spa journey.</li><li>Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.</li><li>Perform others tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.<br></li></ul><strong>Standard Duties <br></strong><ul><li>To provide a friendly and professional service that always exceeds guestβs expectations.</li><li>To ensure you read the hotel’s employee handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the hotel’s rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.</li><li>To undertake other duties and responsibilities which, while outside the normal routine, are within the overall scope of the position.</li><li>To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform/attire and name badge.
