They are cultured yet trendy hosts with an innate ability to anticipate guests’ needs by being in the right place at the right time and delivering a hospitality experience that goes above and beyond – crafting exciting memories for our guests that last a lifetime.<br><br><strong>The Candidate<br><br></strong>As Spa therapist you will join a committed team, driven with the intent of delivering ‘FIVE-star’ experiences to an international diaspora in the heart of vibrant Dubai and Zurich.<br><br>The VIBE at FIVE is all about performing optimally while having the best professional experience of your life. You will be expected to have a passion for your role, disrupt norms all whilst having the best time of your life.<br><br>As our ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a highly active environment. Your organizational, communication, and leadership skills are second to none and you enjoy developing guest solutions that break boundaries.<br><br>We are looking for a natural self-starter who demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities, can focus on, and execute, tasks with a sharp eye for detail. An outgoing, people-friendly personality with an ability to think ‘on your feet’ during changing situations is also essential.<br><br>You’ll work closely with the management team to develop constantly evolving service goals.<br><br><strong><u>Key Responsibilities<br></u></strong><ul><li>To perform treatments on guests whilst maintaining the guest’s comfort at all times</li><li>Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each treatment</li><li>Keep work area clean and neat at all times</li><li>Follow all Standards and Procedures as taught by Treatment Supervisor</li><li>To ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Spa</li><li>Report dysfunctional equipment to Treatment Supervisor</li><li>To maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the treatment rooms</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail in spa suites throughout shift</li><li>To attend daily line-ups, weekly and monthly spa meetings</li><li>Will be expected to assist and perform various demonstrations and events</li><li>Have the ability to courteously interact and answer all spa and hotel related questions with guests</li><li>Perform all treatments to the highest standards</li><li>Assist in all areas of the spa as and when necessary. e.g relaxation area and reception</li><li>Arrive 15 minutes before the start of your shift to allow sufficient time to prepare for your workday</li><li>Will perform as a professional, with a friendly business attitude and conduct all duties and responsibilities as required by the position or assigned by the Spa Director.</li><li>Maintain current professional licenses</li><li>Perform all daily assigned spa therapist task<br></li></ul><strong><u>Requirements<br><br></u></strong><strong>What We’re Looking For<br></strong><ul><li> Hands-on approach with a ‘can-do!’ work attitude</li><li> Commitment to delivering exceptional digital strategies with a passion</li><li> Ability to find creative solutions taking while ownership for all duties and tasks assigned</li><li> Must be self-motivated</li><li> Must work in a safe, prudent and organized manner</li><li> Must have mathematical skills, technical aptitude and spa operational knowledge</li><li> Must be a graduate from an accredited school with a massage, face and manicure/pedicure license or a combination license</li><li> Knowledge of specific spa industry applications is desirable, such as spa soft</li><li> Must have a commitment to follow all local and corporate policies and procedures as they relate to the Spa and hotel.</li><li> Great technical skills</li><li> Team-work oriented<br></li></ul><strong><u>Benefits<br><br></u></strong><strong>Rewards At Work!
