Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/<p><br></p>Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS”<p><br></p><strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Reports to the Cluster Director of Revenue. </li><li>Ensure all operations are in full compliance with local health and safety codes. </li><li>Assist with the monitoring and recording of all store sales, costs, payroll and profits according to store procedures, as assigned by the Cluster Director of Revenue. </li><li>Monitors quality control in all aspects of operation. </li><li>Ensures all client services are being carried out in a professional, correct and efficient manner. </li><li>Assists with orientation, training, performance evaluation and disciplinary action for store staff. </li><li>Monitor all store inventory and place orders as required. </li><li>Implement and promote strategies for store loss prevention. </li><li>Administrative Management. </li><li>To assist Management in increasing the Spa’s profitability</li><li>Be concerned with staff discipline and staff performance and help to develop skills for all staff within the section</li><li>Monitor guest service personnel constantly, ensuring that at all times maximum guest satisfaction is being achieved through guest recognition and prompt cordial attention. </li><li>To be flexible and willing when asked to fill in any areas where needed to help in an emergency or difficult circumstance as assigned or required by Management</li><li>Having a positive attitude towards work, are self-disciplined and self-motivated, sets a good working example for all sub-ordinates. </li></ul> Qualifications<p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years experience managing all operations in a retail environment. </li><li>Experience with spa and/or massage therapy industries preferred.
