A dedicated Kids Club and supervised play area provides the canvas for families to create unforgettable memories, while innovative dining concepts promise to satisfy the most refined palates.<p><br></p><ul><li> 203 stylish rooms and suites plus 17 luxury serviced apartments </li><li> 4 restaurants and lounges, including the legendary Shang Palace </li><li> Convenient for Jeddah’s popular landmarks and Red Sea Mall </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Job Summary</u></strong><p><br></p>To be Responsible for providing guests with a warm, friendly, and efficient impression of the Spa and to perform all the operational functions of the Spa desk receptionist and reception counter reservations.<p><br></p><strong><u> As a Spa Receptionist, we rely on you to, </u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Ensure that all clients are handled in a professional and efficient standard of excellence. </li><li> Greet all guests in a courteous manner – by name where possible. </li><li> Ensure Spa facilities, operations and service delivery are always of the highest standard. </li><li> Answer all telephone calls and enquiries in a timely and professional manner. Initiate the taking and distribution of messages if contacts are unavailable. </li><li> Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments. </li><li> Monitor and control all stocks and re-order supplies on a regular basis. </li><li> Coordinate guests’ consultation records with the spa therapists to ensure punctuality of service. </li><li> Familiarize with the spa packages, facilities and equipment and note preferences of guests. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>What We Are Looking For</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Preferably has an experience working in either Spa or Hotel background. </li><li> Has a passion for wellness and holistic health. </li><li> Communicates well in English. </li><li> Enjoys interacting with people, has strong interpersonal skills. </li><li> This Position is for Saudi Nationals Only </li></ul><p><br></p>Anchored on the new Jeddah Waterfront along the shores of the Red Sea, Shangri-La Jeddah sets a new standard for luxury in the city.
