Main Duties/Description:

Advising and educating guest of Spa treatment and produce options to suit their needs via telephone, email and in person.

Verify the attendant staff is present.

Ensure the reception area is kept neat, tidy and organized.

Be knowledgeable about treatments, products, procedures, techniques, training sessions and equipment when selling to hotel and external guests alike.

Reach upsell target as set forth separately.

Welcome, assist and escort guests/clients as it pertains to the spa, fitness and other areas within the hotel (inclusive of outdoor pool).

Read and update the daily log and communicate relevant information to the staff.

Operate the computer, copier, Spa reservations system and credit card machines.

Utilize the trace file, cashier sheets and handle the daily accounting.

Process outgoing mail.

Process all charges according to accounting policies.

Set up and handle gift certificates.
-
Requisition and stock office supplies for the desk.

Copy and distribute materials.
-
Provide assistance to guests and members about the retail merchandise.

Follow proper payroll and key procedures.
-
Utilize the telephones according to Four Seasons standards.
-
Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure

Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English & Arabic languages
-
Proficient in computer, knowledge in MS Office is necessary

Requires Multitasking, attention to detail and problem solving skills

Excellent telephone manner and ability to communicate with customers
