Looking for a SPA manager to work with a startup Spa and Salon Home Services company. The candidate is expected to
– create SOP’s and maintain quality
– have good experience in massage services
– have good experience as a trainer
– have experience in hiring therapists
– ready to work extended hours
– sourcing of products
– very passionate and coming with brilliant attitude for hardwork
Most preferable to come from Spa background
– Currently working as Head Therapist or SPA manager but ready to take treatments as well.
– Good spoken and written English
– Manage and drive a growing Team.
– Able to manage and control diverse nationalities
– Set up and follow the SOP’s of operations with good knowledge of Home service business.
– Passionate of massage and capable of introducing creative therapies. Show Less
