Sous Chef – Babel – Kuwait
The Role:
– The role of the Sous Chef within the kitchen team is to support the Head Chef in the effective running of the kitchen
You will be exposed to a multi-cultural working environment, with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, all sharing English as a common language.
– You will be responsible for producing the dishes unique to your chosen brand, and will be influential in catering to a higher class of clientele, delivering to them a bespoke dining experience.
– Additionally, you will train and mentor junior members of the kitchen team, as well as be trained by professional chefs in how to deliver an unmatched catering service.
