About the Client:
A newly opened branch of a 5 Star hospitality group based in Dubai

Job Description:
• Develop new recipes for seasonal and regular menus.
• Meet with VIP customers to discuss details and planning of menu for special occasion/events
• Approve orders for new supplies, ingredients, and equipment for the pastry section, when needed, and within budget.
• Controlling and directing the food preparation process to ensure the quality of dishes before they reach the customer
• Manage and work closely with other Chefs of all levels
