Position Title:             Sous Chef – Hot Section

Employment Type:     Full Time

Salary:                        up to14K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:

A well-known restaurant group in Dubai

Job Description:

  • Directs food preparation and collaborates with executive chef
  • Helps in the design of food and drink menu
  • Produces high quality plates, including both design and taste
  • Oversees and supervises kitchen staff
  • Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Female/Male, 38 years old and below
  • At least 3 years of experience in the same role
  • Knowledgeable in cost control and stock management
  • Must have basic food handling (BFH) certificate
  • Immediate joiners will be prioritized
