Job Description:
- Directs food preparation and collaborates with executive chef
- Helps in the design of food and drink menu
- Produces high quality plates, including both design and taste
- Oversees and supervises kitchen staff
- Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies
Skills
Qualifications:
- Female/Male, 38 years old and below
- At least 3 years of experience in the same role
- Knowledgeable in cost control and stock management
- Must have basic food handling (BFH) certificate
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
