Position Title: Sous Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED, depending on the experience and qualifications plus company shared accommodation, transportation and duty meals

About the Client:
A well-known French fine dining restaurant in Abu Dhabi
Job Description:
Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise
Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
Fill in for the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation
Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance
Skills
Qualifications:
Male, 35 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree in related field
At least 3 years’ experience in the same role (F&B or Hospitality groups, 5* hotels, preferably from high end casual restaurants
French cuisine experience is a must
Must have sample portfolio
Should be fully vaccinated
