<p>Parisima Talent is hiring with one of our clients in hospitality, high-end steakhouse restaurant.</p><p><br></p><p>Job title: Sommelier</p><p><br></p><p>Job location: Jumeirah, Dubai</p><p><br></p><p>Job specifications:</p><ul><li>Extensive knowledge of wines, including regions, grape varieties, winemaking techniques, and food and wine pairing principles.</li><li>Certification as a sommelier (e.g., Court of Master Sommeliers, Wine &amp; Spirit Education Trust) is highly desirable.</li><li>Several years of experience in a sommelier role, with a proven track record of managing a wine program.</li><li>Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and suppliers.</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to provide personalized wine recommendations based on individual preferences.</li><li>Organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage wine inventory, cellar operations, and handle guest inquiries.</li><li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the establishment’s operating hours.</li></ul>
