ITQAN is looking for a dynamic and competent Sales consultant to cater to the success of its key clients. You will be a key liaison between clients, business development and technology team. You will be responsible for upselling and cross selling the ITQAN Solutions Portfolio to bring value to our clients Digital Transformation journeys

You possess excellent people skills and maintain overall responsibility for the successful implementation of ITQAN value proposition. You have experience deploying large scale technology products for enterprise grade clients. The work at ITQAN is very fast paced, agile, and hence, you must be able to multi-task to deal smoothly with competing and conflicting levels of priority. numbers savvy person who delivers on monthly and quarterly basis is a key competency that puts the candidates ahead of others.

Responsibilities

  • Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to company clients.
  • Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key clients.
  • Mine the existing accounts for new business possibilities and utilising available resources to drive client retention and growth.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client needs.
  • Work cross-functionally with business development, marketing, technology and finance team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Achieve the financial KPIs and sales Target.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business information systems or Computer Engineering/Software from top-tier university
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in enterprise account management or business development in a systems integrator operating in United Arab Emirates
  • Ability to provide client service to a large number of client accounts with passion, strong initiatives and positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments.
  • Consultative sales background or experience as a solutions engineer is a plus.
  • Confident and dynamic working personality,
  • Strong organizational skills, judgment and decision-making skills, and the ability to work under continual deadline pressure.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, CRM & PowerPoint.
