<strong>Description<br></strong><ul><li> Responsible for conducting visits to VF Enterprise customers in the Innovation Lab, by walking them through live demos of VF’s portfolio of solutions </li><li> Keep track of all the generated opportunities from the Innovation Lab visits from visit to P.O. </li><li> Make sure that the Innovation lab is equipped with the latest technologies and solutions. </li><li> Planning and executing revamp plans when needed for the Innovation Lab whether for solutions or property, as well as enhancing customer experience </li><li> Develop plans and ideas for marketing for the innovation lab internally and externally </li><li> Develop innovative ideas to enhance experience and processes including but not limited to the innovation lab demos, customer experience, lead generation <br><br></li></ul><strong>Job Responsibility<br></strong><ul><li> Planning &amp; Execution:</li><li> Responsible for conducting visits for the customers in the Innovation Lab. </li><li> Accountable for achieving the yearly revenue targets. </li><li> Delivery and implementation of continuous revamp plans for solutions and property. </li><li> Manage budget planning &amp; capex investments. </li><li> Prepare visits and revenue dashboards. </li><li> Have clear knowledge of the customer, customer industry, and conduct proper research around relevant use cases. </li><li> Development and execution of innovative ideas to enhance experience and processes. </li><li> Stakeholders Management:</li><li> Manage Stakeholders to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness for the lab. </li><li> Manage customers during the lab visit, including before and after when relevant. </li><li> Manage the project processes with operations, Engineering, supply chain management, Decision support, solutions teams. </li><li> Maintain and manage relationships with external vendors. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Criteria<br></strong><ul><li> Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify and solve varied business problems. </li><li> Excellent stakeholders’ management skills </li><li> Strong communication, presentation </li><li> Ability to lead other functions. </li><li> Flexibility and ability to manage in a fast-changing environment. </li><li> Proactive and has ownership over tasks and the innovation lab. </li><li> Presentation skills </li><li> Has knowledge/experience around digital transformation solutions, and is comfortable with their terminologies (Such as IoT, connectivity, big data, applications, websites, ERPs, etc.) </li><li> Analytical &amp; planning skills</li></ul>
