<ul><li>Excellent communicationskills and customer management skills</li><li> 15- 20+ years of deeptechnical expertise in Application Services (AppEngineering, Cloud, DevOps, Engg., Automation etc..) </li><li> Experience inbuilding/driving large enterprise systems with a deep understanding ofthe technical and operational challenges.</li><li> Should have driven innovationprograms and articulate the value of these into transformationalengagements.</li><li> Should have deliveredarchitecture initiatives and showcased clear business efficiency in linewith business strategies. Should have taken end-end responsibility& accountability in terms of architecture.</li><li> Should have deliveredarchitecture roadmaps and develop delivery blueprints for the technologydesign</li><li> Should support crafting asolution for one or more large complex deal pursuits simultaneously</li><li> Experience working withdifferent industries vertical will be considered a plus.</li><li> Experience in softwaredevelopment effort estimations and software BOQ for complex systems</li><li> Sales focused – Must begrowth oriented, winning business in new/existing accounts and maximizethe profitability through innovative solution</li><li> Should have spent last 5years in customer facing roles working with different stakeholders.</li><li> Should have worked in anyrole which brings various capabilities together to solve complexbusiness or technology challenges.<br><br></li></ul>Business Dynamics Consulting
