Job Description

<strong>Main Roles &amp; Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Configure, customize and deploy clinical data warehouse products and services within the customer environment, including quality checks.</li><li>Work with cloud providers and customers’ system administrators to deliver enterprise level solutions.</li><li>Deploy, optimize and administer cloud resources.</li><li>Elicit and document technical requirements from customers.</li><li>Communicate technical plans to customers and solution provider managers.</li><li>Monitor and troubleshoot solution implementations, articulate and escalate problems and implement break-fixes and workarounds </li><li>Communicate customer feedback to solution provider technical teams and management.</li><li>Design, develop and deliver technical support, technical documentation, communication materials, training, and training materials. </li><li>Strive to exceed customer expectations.</li></ul><br /><strong>Required Skills</strong><ul><li>Ability to manage customer expectations and requests, remotely and/or in person, to provide consistent support, and identify and resolve technical issues</li><li>Experience troubleshooting and resolving enterprise solution problems</li><li>Documentation skills for technical documentation, knowledge articles and user training</li><li>Experience working in and/or managing cloud environments and technologies</li><li>Experience working with containerization/container orchestration (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)</li><li>Familiarity with Linux including scripting (e.g. bash)</li><li>Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC, e.g. CloudFormation)</li></ul>
