You will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities while implementing effective sales and business development initiatives aligned with our global strategy.</p><p><br></p><p>Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be empowered to meet ambitious targets and exceed customer expectations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Your responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Have proven experience in Solar-projects, selling solar energy products</p><p>• Identify and close sales opportunities following the Company’s overall strategic plans and financial objectives.</p><p>• Develop and maintain relationships with solar distribution channels and strategic accounts.</p><p>• Actively pursue sales leads with EPC/IPP Companies, distributors, wholesalers, installers, utility companies and commercial end users.</p><p>• Select solar energy products or systems for customers based on electrical energy requirements, site conditions, price, or other factors</p><p>• Assist with a forecast of revenue regularly and review sales results to ensure that established targets are being met and take corrective action where required.</p><p>• Provide input regarding marketing and product positioning strategies specific to the markets.</p><p>• Liaise with headquarter and the global team and peers to ensure that sales targets are being defined and met.</p><p><strong>Customer Management Expertise </strong></p><p>• Excellent customer relationship management.</p><p>• Ability to identify and convert new accounts while maintaining existing relationships.</p><p>• Able to demonstrate product benefits, warranty and cost advantages to customers.</p><p>• Demonstrate professionalism in working with the customer to resolve emergencies</p><p><strong>Your background</strong></p><p>• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or of related technical disciplines.</p><p>• With experience in the export market of solar products</p><p>• Fluent in English, Arabic and/or French would be an added advantage</p><p>• Professional experience in sales on an international level.</p><p>• Minimum 3 years’ solid experience with selling solar products within the photovoltaic industry in MEA and Africa.</p><p>• Flexibility in working for highly fluctuating and demanding markets.</p><p>• International mindset for a multicultural environment.</p><p>• Willingness to accommodate national and international travel.</p><p>• Energetic, highly motivated, self-driven, and team player.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>More About Us:</strong></p><p>Nastech, established in 2010, is a globally recognized leader in renewable energy solutions, specializing in solar power systems sales and distribution.
