<br><br><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ol><li>Identify potential customers: The&nbsp;software sales representative&nbsp;is responsible for identifying potential customers through various channels, including&nbsp;cold calling,&nbsp;email marketing, and attending trade shows and conferences.</li><li>Conduct sales presentations: The sales representative is responsible for delivering sales presentations to potential customers, explaining the features and benefits of the software products and services offered by the company.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships: The sales representative must establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to build trust and credibility.</li><li>Negotiate contracts: The sales representative is responsible for negotiating contracts with customers, including pricing, terms and conditions, and&nbsp;service level agreements.</li><li>Meet sales targets: The sales representative must meet or exceed sales targets set by the company, and report regularly on sales activities and progress towards targets.</li><li>Provide customer support: The sales representative may be required to provide&nbsp;customer support, including answering questions and resolving issues related to the software products and services.</li><li>Stay up to date with&nbsp;industry trends: The sales representative is responsible for staying up to date with industry trends and developments, in order to be able to position the company’s products and services effectively.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ol><li>Technical knowledge: A strong understanding of&nbsp;technical concepts&nbsp;related to the software products and services being sold is essential. This includes knowledge of&nbsp;programming languages, databases, and&nbsp;software development methodologies.</li><li>Communication skills: Excellent&nbsp;communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. The ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers is also important.</li><li>Interpersonal skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers is essential. The sales representative must be able to work effectively with people at all levels of an organization.</li><li>Results-oriented: The sales representative must be results-oriented and have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Self-motivated: The sales representative must be self-motivated and able to work independently, with minimal supervision.</li><li>Industry knowledge: A strong understanding of the industry and market trends is essential. The sales representative must be able to position the company’s products and services effectively in a competitive market.</li></ol><p><br></p>
