Job Advertisement: Software Sales Representative<br><br>As we expand our customer base, we are looking for a talented Software Sales Representative to join our team and help drive revenue growth.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br>Identify and target potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other outreach methods.<br>Understand the needs and pain points of prospective clients and present our software solutions as the best fit.<br>Conduct software demos and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the key features and benefits of our products.<br>Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales quotas.<br>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.<br>Collaborate with other members of the sales team and the broader organization to drive overall revenue growth.<br><br>Qualifications:<br><br>Proven track record of success in software sales, with a strong understanding of the sales process.<br>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.<br>Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our software solutions.<br>Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools.<br>Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of urgency and drive to achieve results.<br>Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.<br>Proven experience in Cost Estimation software and document workflow management software.<br>Engineering background is preferred.<br>Project management background is a must.<br><br>We offer a competitive compensation package, as well as opportunities for professional development and career growth.
