We are a Delaware C-corp with pre-seed funding from our founder, Daniel Curran (</span>www.DanCurran.com<span>), a highly successful Silicon Valley Forbes-ranked #7 SuperAngel investor with 22 unicorns. We are currently a team of 15+ highly skilled and experienced individuals from multiple locations across the globe working to complete our MVP in the next few weeks.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>We are developing a new improvement platform category at</span> http://www.custex.com<span> that will probably be larger than Google, and are looking for people who believe in our mission and want to get in on the ground floor as we are about to take off like a rocket. Candidates from TikTok, Facebook, Meta, Google, Twitter, Redditt, Instagram, Snapchat who want to do meaningful work are especially welcome.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Hiring Process &amp; Compensation: We seek owners, not renters. Therefore, we are light on screening but big on performance and taking pride of ownership in CustEx. Until we have funding from ad revenue or venture capital, we need to conserve cash. If you seem like a match after our initial screening, you will be invited to demonstrate your skills by contributing to the team’s ongoing tasks. Once you have completed 50 hours of tasks, your work will be reviewed by our tech team for quality and efficiency. If satisfactory, you will be given a part-time consulting contract at a mutually agreeable hourly $ rate based on your city, position, and years relevant experience to accrue 70-100% deferred cash credit and 0-30% cash draw today for all hours worked to date and going forward as work is done. There are NO guaranteed salaries or set hours.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>We want people whose immediate cash needs are met elsewhere, but would like to help improve the world and potentially win big when we grow, and want to join us full-time once we are funded. We believe if successfully executed we can have a $3T valuation in 10 years’ time. When we have stable funding based on a viable launched product, we would want our top performers to become full-time employees with salaries higher than the best tech companies that are giving out worthless options because of declining stock prices in the current recession. Our options, being cheap, can only rise significantly from here. Until then, this is a 1099 consulting position with no cash pay.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Position Responsibilities:</span></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Oversee Project Management of React, Next.js, Dynamo DB, ML/AI coding tasks for the B2B / B2C customer experience and product development of the CustEx Improvement Platform.</span></li><li><span>Understand both long term strategy and short term plans for new feature innovation to achieve the product vision and deliver business results.</span></li><li><span>Partner closely with the Marketing and Business teams to drive adoption and ensure processes for on boarding that are easy and intuitive.</span></li><li><span>Hire, lead, mentor and guide coding managers.</span></li></ul><p><span>Minimum Qualifications:</span></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Be able to work at least 10 hours per week remotely, world-wide locations OK.</span></li><li><span>Have your own computer, internet connection and latest code development tools like Leantime- like Jira, Mattermost- like MS Teams</span></li><li><span>Speak and write English proficiently.</span></li><li><span>Have your needs for immediate cash income met elsewhere.</span></li><li><span>Think like an owner instead of like an employee.</span></li></ul><p><span>Preferred Qualifications:</span></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Be skilled in multiple areas of web development (front &amp; back end coding and testing).</span></li><li><span>Skilled in one or more of the following areas:</span></li><li><span>ML/AI</span></li><li><span>Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product</span></li><li><span>Excellent cross-functional project management skills</span></li><li><span>Experience working in a fully-remote team</span></li><li><span>Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated experience engaging other coders and stakeholders.</span></li><li><span>Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, 3rd party vendors and project management counterparts to deliver eCommerce products &amp; services</span></li><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering or related field</span></li></ul><p><span>To apply:</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Please ensure that you have all the necessary skills, capabilities, motivation, and time as well as sharing our vision to create an improved world.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Apply to the position with your Resume/CV POSTED WITHIN LINKEDIN SO WE DON’T HAVE TO OPEN AN ATTACHMENT and state why you are suited for the job in a cover letter above the posted resume.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Once the team deems you as a suitable candidate, we will send you relevant intro videos, doc’s, and invite you to our next Monday-Wednesday-Friday Teams call.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Get ready, this is going to be massive!</span></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
