<p>A competent software implementation and support Specialist is needed to join the</p><p>implementation and support team of a multinational provider of cloud retail</p><p>management systems. You will be a key player in the deployment of hardware and</p><p>software solutions as an implementation specialist, guaranteeing seamless</p><p>installations, configurations, and training for our clients.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>● Conduct on-site installations of POS hardware , including but not limited to</p><p>cash registers, scanners, and receipt printers.</p><p>● Troubleshoot technical hardware issues that arise during installations and</p><p>provide effective solutions.</p><p>● Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed of project</p><p>timelines and milestones.</p><p>● Assist clients with data migration and system configuration as needed.</p><p>● Perform testing and quality assurance procedures to ensure the integrity</p><p>of client data before deployment.</p><p>● Implement and configure cloud POS software to meet client</p><p>requirements.</p><p>● Provide clients with thorough POS software training programs, both on-</p><p>site and remotely.</p><p>● Answer client queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.</p><p>● Keep thorough records of customer interactions, configurations, and</p><p>installations.</p><p>● Create documentation and reports for implementation projects, and</p><p>pinpoint areas that require improvement.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>● Bachelor&amp;#39;s degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a</p><p>related field.</p><p>● a track record of successfully implementing ERP software solutions, preferably in</p><p>the POS sector.</p><p>● strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to</p><p>successfully resolve technical issues.</p><p>● excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</p><p>● Highly organized having the capacity to manage several activities and projects</p><p>simultaneously.</p><p>● a customer oriented mindset with a drive to provide outstanding service and</p><p>guarantee satisfied clients.</p><p>● The ability to visit client locations as needed.</p>
