Starting a business is a daunting task, that’s why we understand beyond the shadow of a doubt that you need all the support you can get to focus on what matters; business growth.</p><p> </p><p>Backed by a number of leading VC companies and angel investors in MENA and we’re looking for the best talent out there to help us build and scale our product offering. </p><p>https://m5.gs/MjZWV0</p><p></p><p><strong>Office Location:-</strong></p><p> Maadi – Cairo</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>● Supervision and Coordination of SideUp development team and tech infrastructure.</p><p>● Review requirements and provide feedback and make sure it’s ready for S/W development.</p><p>● Work on building our core engineering infrastructure, development processes, development pipeline and cloud provisioning.</p><p>● Guide and work with the team to develop new product features and enhancements, including the architecture and design decisions required.</p><p>● Provide code reviews to contribute to continuous improvement.</p><p>● Communicate time, cost, or quality implications to the business team.</p><p>● Lead technical knowledge transfer and mentoring where necessary.</p><p>● Analyze existing solutions to provide recommendations on improvements.</p><p>● Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain suitable coding standards.</p><p>● Work on the learning and development of him/herself and the development team to guarantee continuous learning for our core tech team.</p><p><br></p><p> </p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>● Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field, preferably with a computer science or engineering background.</p><p>● Strong knowledge of<strong> PHP </strong>web frameworks<strong> {Laravel is a must}.</strong> </p><p>● 2+ years of experience in leading tech teams.</p><p>● 6-8 years of experience in software development and proven track record of successfully developing software.</p><p>● Awareness of development lifecycle and how to manage it.</p><p>● Familiarity with mobile cross-platform technologies.</p><p>● Strong knowledge of MySQL, Mongo DB.</p><p>● At least 2+ years of experience with MVC and MERN/MEAN/MEARN Stack.</p><p>● Good understanding of source control tools.</p><p>● Awareness of emerging technologies and e-commerce framework.</p><p>● Excellent communication skills.</p><p>● Excellent Leadership skills.</p><p>● Adaptability and flexibility.</p><p>● Analytical thinking.</p><p>● Accuracy and attention to detail.</p><p>● Time and stress management skills.</p><p>● Problem-solving skills.</p>
