<p>Engineerica is a software development company based in Florida- USA. We are hiring an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead our team of ten developers. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Analyze software requirements and create development task.</li><li>Assign tasks to developers.</li><li>Sets attainable goals to team members to complete the project on time.</li><li>Monitors, evaluates, and ensures the completion of tasks and projects.</li><li>Provides guidance to team members to encourage work productivity.</li><li>Ensures appropriate procedures and processes are followed when it comes to software development.</li><li>Make sure the timeline is followed by the software development group.</li><li>Resolving performance issues and making revisions when necessary.</li><li>Create testing plan.</li><li>Test and debug applications.</li><li>Participates in other areas of the software development process.</li><li>Other tasks as assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>3+ years of professional work experience as a software development manager </li><li>Experience with agile software delivery / Scrum</li><li>Experience with the following technologies:</li></ul><p> – Net framework</p><p><span> </span>- React</p><p><span> </span>- Javascript </p><p><span> </span>- ASP.NET </p><p><span> </span>- web forms </p><p><span> </span>- CSS</p><p><span> </span>- REST</p><p><span> </span>- APIs development</p><p><span> </span>- Git</p><p><span> </span>- SQL Server</p><p><span> </span>- Reporting services</p><p><span> </span>- AWS</p><ul><li>Experience with end-to-end development, meaning, detailing a requirement, developing, testing, deploying.</li><li>Experience with end user support, debugging, finding bugs, etc.</li><li>College degree in Computer Science or related field.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Nice to have:</p><p><span> </span>- .NET Core</p><p><span> </span>- NHibernate</p><p><span> </span>- IIS</p><p><span> </span>- Integration to third party APIs like Zoom, Outlook365, etc.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a long-term contracting job (Our first developer in Turkey has been with us for 25 years). Pay is in US$ and depends on your skills, experience and how well you match our requirements.
