<strong>Job Scope:</strong><p><br></p>This role will be actively involved in project start up, requirements capture,<p><br></p>requirements specification, functional specifications, documentation (system anduser), development, implementation, testing and training of project stakeholders where appropriate, interfacing with technical, business and operations staff at all levels throughout the business.<p><br></p><strong>Prime Function and Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Responsible for designing; coding, testing, debugging and documenting in house developed applications. Involvement in all the development lifecycle phases as required.</li><li>Communicate effectively with technical, business, operations and support audiences and use specialist knowledge to engage them appropriately.</li><li> Carry out specifications design that includes translating users b usiness requirements into a technical solution (functional and interface design)</li><li>Use business knowledge to identify improvements to current processes and evaluate technology solutions to business needs</li><li>Work independently to support requirements gathering a nd analysis. This process encompasses studying and defining the scope and objectives in relation to business requirements and prioritization of features and functions of new or existing systems</li><li>Perform testing and validation of systems</li><li>Provide technical an d end user support for systems in multiple geographic regions</li><li>Delivering a high level of customer service both face to face and remotely</li><li>Produce high quality technical and end user support documentation<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Ideal profile:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>A bachelors or masters degree in computer science / Computer Engineering with a strong drive and interest to learn new technologies quickly and work in a fast paced software development environment.</li><li>4+ years software development experience building large scale applications in C#, .NET / .NET Core 5.0 / ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript / Jquery.</li><li>Experience working within Agile practices and knowledge of Agile</li><li>Experience of database structures and a working knowledge of MS SQL and Transact SQL</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Share Point, Office 365, PowerApps, Flow etc.)</li><li>Knowledge of DevOps and Power BI is added advantage</li><li>Experience with scripting languages such as Python / Pearl / Shell and familiar with HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, AJAX, SOAP, XML, JSON</li><li>Experience in mobile develop ment (Android / iOS / Xamarin) is Design &amp; development of web services and API, working experience in developing</li><li>mobile projects in Xamarin with Native &amp; Forms</li><li>Exposure to Angular, react, cue and flutter is desirable and an added advantage<br></li></ul>
