We’re excited about the new career opportunities available and look forward to connecting with the best talent out there.</p><p><br></p><p>The Software Developer and SEO will be responsible to ensure that our website is visually appealing, functional, and search engine optimised through designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications for our company’s platforms. You will be responsible for the technical implementation of the SEO strategy, ensuring key positions are constantly protected.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve websites traffic and achieve high rankings on major search engines.</li><li> Perform keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords for content optimisation.</li><li>Monitor and analyse website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates and ensure websites maintain best practice.</li><li>Complete regular technical site audits, troubleshoot website issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.</li><li>Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code for websites and applications.</li><li>Troubleshoot and debug code issues to maintain the quality and functionality of websites. </li><li>Ensure cross-browser compatibility and consistent performance across different devices.</li><li>Take ownership and plan estimation for pieces of work and create specific tasks to feed into the project plan.</li><li>Provide technical support to the Technology team, as needed.</li><li>Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospective, etc.) and ensure that the tasks that you are responsible for are followed through.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or related role.</li><li>Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, etc.).</li><li>Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum).</li><li>Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) for web-based applications.</li><li>Experience with databases and SQL for data storage and retrieval.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Excellent teamwork and communication skills.</li><li>Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed.</li><li>QID/visa (NOC should be readily available).</li></ul><p></p>
