<p><strong>About Us:</strong></p><p>Centaur Software is a leading software development company that specializes in creating cutting-edge solutions for businesses worldwide focused on the Dental Industry. </p><p> We are passionate about innovation and are committed to delivering exceptional products that empower our clients to succeed in their daily work. </p><p> As we continue to expand our offerings, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Business Analyst to join our team</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, product managers, and development teams, to gather and analyse business requirements for software projects.</li><li>Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.</li><li>Translate business needs into clear and comprehensive functional and technical specifications.</li><li>Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements documents, use cases, process flows, and data models.</li><li>Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.</li><li>Participate in project planning, estimation, and scheduling activities.</li><li>Perform thorough testing of software applications to ensure they meet the specified requirements and quality standards.</li><li>Support user acceptance testing and facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams.</li><li>Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders and management.</li><li>Provide training and support to end-users during the implementation and post-implementation phases.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the software industry, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and systems.</li><li>Solid understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience in using Business Analysis tools and methodologies is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools is preferred.</li><li>Join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of exciting software projects that make a real impact on businesses worldwide.
