Software Business Analyst
Job Description
<p><span>The Business Analyst is responsible for identifying requirements across business units and identifying substandard systems processes by evaluating real-time data, creating a detailed business analysis, and outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business need.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><span>Collaborate with the business owners to identify and understand the business requirements.</span></li><li><span>Translate business requirements into technical requirements and scrum stories.</span></li><li><span>Supporting various business units and handling various ad-hoc requests from management and other departments.</span></li><li> <span>Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.</span></li><li><span>Project Coordination & Stakeholders Management from different international stations.</span></li><li><span>Conduct business requirement gathering workshops with all stakeholders of a project to elicit and identify and translate requirements to process flows, diagrams, UML and user stories.</span></li><li><span>Coordinate with developers and end users in order to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.</span></li><li><span>Conduct Training when needed to end users on the system.</span></li><li><span>Job Requirements</span></li><li><span>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any related field.</span></li><li><span>Proven 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of Business Analysis “Preferably in logistics or eCommerce”</span></li><li> <span>Ability to write proper Business Requirements</span></li><li><span>Strong Analytical thinking, problem-solving & detail-oriented skills</span></li><li><span>The ability to bring new ideas in a solution-oriented way</span></li><li><span>Having a structured way of working to be able to multitask without losing track of several projects.</span></li><li><span>Excellent English written and spoken</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p> <span>· Oral and written communication skills</span></p><p> <span>· Interpersonal and consultative skills</span></p><p> <span>· Facilitation skills</span></p><p> <span>· Analytical thinking and problem-solving</span></p><p> <span>· Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy</span></p><p> <span>· Organizational skills</span></p><p> <span>· Knowledge of the business structure</span></p><p> <span>· Stakeholder analysis</span></p><p> <span>· Requirements engineering</span></p><p> <span>· Processes modeling</span></p><p> <span>· Understanding of networks, databases and other technology</span></p><p> <span>· Good understanding of Agile, Scrum and SDLC.</span></p><p> <span>· Experience in MS Azure DevOps </span></p><p> <span>· Technical Writing Skills</span></p>
