<p>Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals. </p><p><br></p><p>Carhartt Work in Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. Over the course of the past two decades, our business has developed organically, along with its customers, the culture that surrounds the brand, and its employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today.</p><p><br></p><p>For our sourcing operations in the EMEA region, we are looking for a <strong>Social Responsibility Manager – EMEA Region (m/f/x).</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage the social responsibility management process with all suppliers in the EMEA region.</li><li>Carry-out social assessment audits in factories located in the region: Tunisia, Turkey, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece and other countries as needed.</li><li>Create high quality factory assessment reports that accurately summarize large amounts of information gathered during the process.</li><li>Write documents / procedures and guidance in support of the social responsibility process.</li><li>Communicate and manage suppliers’ visit reports, CAPS, and other records.</li><li>Guide and train suppliers and factories through tailor-made support on certain non-compliance issues for a continuous improvement resolution.</li><li>Support and coordinate the implementation of the environmental policies in own factories in Tunisia and with suppliers in the region.</li><li>Participate in other Corporate Responsibility projects as needed.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Your Profile:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in corporate responsibility, business management, sustainability or relevant field (or equivalent years of experience)</li><li>Required auditor experience / expertise in conducting full social responsibility factory audits in multiple countries.</li><li>Fluent in written and spoken English, French and Arabic (preferably Tunisian dialect).</li><li>Knowledge of international labour standards and compliance programmes.</li><li>Team player with excellent written and oral communication.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Your Location: </strong></p><p>Preferably Tunisia</p><p><br></p><p>If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask Jan Stiefvater under +49 7621 966 486.
