<p><span>Social Media &amp; Partnership Coordinator is responsible for enhancing and expanding Company’s social presence, opening further communication channels and networks available to customers, and operating more cost-effective platforms for group, product, and services marketing and promotion.</span></p><ul><li><span>Responsible for managing social media presence for the company.</span></li><li><span>Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.</span></li><li><span>Developing social media content calendars and activations for social media channels.</span></li><li><span>Execute daily tasks of social media strategy across identified digital platforms.</span></li><li><span>Community Management across Social Media platforms (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram); including publishing content, performing enhancements and modifications’ and coordinating prompt responses to questions and comments over social media platforms.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with website &amp; blog manager, Influencer, SEO team &amp; graphic designers.</span></li><li><span>Create timely and engaging weekly and monthly content plans optimized for the platform used and intended audience.</span></li><li><span>Provide leadership and guidance in developing and implementing external social media strategies that maximize the potential of platforms that align with business goals.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with other departments in the development and implementation of creative social media strategies/campaigns for the promotion of various group companies and their products and events advocacy.</span></li><li><span>Produce reports that analyze campaign performance, sentiment, and trends in order to improve the social media strategy and provide insight into the commercial organization.</span></li><li><span>Monitor the competition and be aware of market changes and developments and identify the best approach for social media channels and participation in the UAE&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Support internal business units in their communication needs in the social sphere</span></li><li><span>Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent (in terms of style, quality, and tone), and optimized for search, thus creating a positive user online experience.</span></li><li><span>Mapping out a content marketing strategy that supports and expands short- and long-term marketing initiatives, determining which methods or channels are most effective for the brand, and understanding the underlying reasons.</span></li><li><span>Managing and consistently developing a functional content calendar.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Note: This position is limited to passionate and creative social media professionals with social media marketing experience (Arabic &amp; English) in UAE and willing to relocate to Al Ain, UAE.</strong></p><p><br></p>
