Job Description
• Develop social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity and execute social media strategy through competitive research.
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
• Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
• Managing a high volume of daily social media (Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) posts,
• Communicating with social media followers, including responding to messages and queries on time.
• Developing and managing social influencer programs.
• Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, Facebook Insights, etc. to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
• Prepare monthly social media post content plan and future posts and updates.
• Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
• Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
• Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
• Performing other related duties when needed or as assigned by the superior.
